WT is thrilled to have joined forces with business management consultant, Syntagium. This milestone marks WT’s evolution into the digital world of capturing and utilising data, which will ultimately add far more value for our clients.
Like WT, Syntagium loves data. By building dashboards and integrated software systems, Syntagium allowed their clients to make better, faster, and more informed business decisions by creating visual representations of often unused data. Specialising in construction, Syntagium’s experience comprised working with companies in logistics media, accounting and finance, health and medical manufacturing and more.
Ian Baddock, founder of Syntagium, worked as a quantity surveyor prior to the launch of Syntagium six years ago. Ian has a strong understanding of the type of software construction organisations need to thrive. This enables Ian to identify gaps in the market and respond with solutions using data visualisation, making him an invaluable asset to WT.
WT and Syntagium have worked closely over the last four years implementing WT’s digital strategy and expanding upon ways of utilising existing data within the company.
Proclaim is an example of the type of software that has be developed through this collaboration. Proclaim simplifies the communication between builders, clients, and WT by housing data in one place, providing an audit trail that documents activity from all parties. Automation and integration between organisations will be instrumental in creating efficiencies across the company and ensure a high degree of assurance with all work WT produces.
Over the next 12 months, the business will be working on several exciting projects to streamline services through data visualisation. One of these projects is WT client portals – a place where clients can log in, view, and live interact with reports. Software like this improves the speed of information communication between WT and its clients and keeps it safely stored.
