Joining WT in 1997, James has built a successful career of professional achievement and long-lasting client relationships.
Highly regarded for his affinity for leadership and ability to deliver pro-active cost management advice; James’ expertise ranges across multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, mixed-use, aged-care, student accommodation, social and affordable housing, and build to rent (BTR) – an emerging sector within Australia.
As part of the Senior Leadership Team, James embraces change and innovation and welcomes ideas from all team members.
With an intense focus on developing both WT’s national and international presence, James’ vision for 2023 centres around strategy and growth, with ultimate focus on the client experience and providing them with the best strategic advice possible.
