WT were privileged to be part of the team delivering the $120M, 12,000sqm Mark Moran Vaucluse project, the leading and most innovative Seniors Living and Wellness Precinct internationally with accolades that would be the envy of any developer. WT made a valued contribution to the effectiveness of the wider consultant team that helped the Mark Moran Group deliver their ground breaking  project ahead of programme and under budget.

The project from inception through to completion spanned more than 5 years, during which there were changes to legislation impacting on the project.

The building features a 4 story atrium providing retail, a coffee shop and a bar, bespoke clubs, art and music rooftop areas, and standalone restaurant. Other facilities include a rehabilitation spa, 25m swimming pool, ½ hectare designed public piazza and themed private gardens and a state-of-the-art Cinema and Conference area. Every level of the building features expansive light wells and lounge areas.
