
Leading international cost management and advisory firm WT today announced the appointment of two new Directors to the Board of WTP Australia Pty Ltd (‘WT Australia Group’). WT Australia Group owns and controls WT operations in Australia, North America, India and the Middle East.
Following an extensive search, Ms Emma Zadow has been appointed Non-Executive Director, effective 14 November 2024, based in Sydney. Ms Zadow has previously held leadership roles at professional services firms in Australia and internationally. Her experience spans strategy, business development, marketing, people, operations, finance, technology and governance.

Mr James Osenton has been appointed Executive Director, effective 16 October 2024, based in Canberra. Mr Osenton joined WT as a Quantity Surveyor in 2002 and is currently National Director and lead of WT’s practice in the ACT. He has gained a reputation over the last two decades for the successful delivery of construction cost management services in several sectors and on a variety of major projects. His expertise spans feasibility analysis, project procurement, cost planning, value engineering, contract documentation and contractual claims.

In addition to Ms Zadow and Mr Osenton, the WT Australia Group Board comprises of Mr Tim Roberts, Executive Director, Mr Phil Anseline, Executive Director, and Mr Costa Alexiou, Non-Executive Director.
These appointments reinforce WT Australia Group’s commitment to continuing to evolve leadership and governance to position the firm for ongoing growth in a rapidly changing industry.
