The affordable high density housing development in Adelaide’s western suburbs at Richmond, SA, 3km from the CBD, will replace 70 aging single storey units previously at the site throughout six stages of development over 10 years.

The project consists a total of 271 apartments throughout the site including a five storey main development in the middle of the block and four 3 storey apartment buildings featuring one, two and three bedroom apartments and car parking.

The homes will be available to rent by individuals, families and retirees on low incomes.

Stage one is complete, featuring 39 apartments over three levels and 66 under croft car spaces with the Second stage currently under construction.

WT provided cost management and audit QS services on the Masterplan and Stage 1 and are currently providing the same services on Stage 2 of the development.
