Vandana’s experience spans over two decades, spreads across three countries, Singapore, Mauritius and Australia, working with leading PQS firms. In her 21 years of experience as a professional quantity surveyor (with 15 years spent in Australia), Vandana has acquired experience in various sectors including education, residential, commercial and major health infrastructure projects. The most recent additions to her health sector project portfolio include cost planning in a lead role for the detailed business case preparation of several projects listed on the Queensland Government’s Capacity Expansion Program (CEP), with project budgets ranging from $250M to $1.3 billion. Vandana has extensive cost management experience from inception to completion stage of projects and is proficient in cost estimating, cost planning, preparation of Bill of Quantities, tender documentation and analysis, progress claim assessments, cost reporting, variation assessment and negotiation and preparation of final account.

With her strong technical background, excellent planning and communication skills, Vandana will mainly manage our teams internally towards the successful and timely delivery of Quantity Surveying services, while ensuring regular communication is maintained with all project stakeholders and Client expectations are fully met with high standard.

Vandana believes in giving back and is passionate about mentoring and passing on her knowledge, skills and experience to the broader team. Being a chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2007, Vandana wants to take other members of the team on the journey of gaining their RICS Chartership or AIQS Certified QS accreditation.
