A key site next to the historic Queen Victoria Market was transformed into Melbourne’s first build-to-rent apartment complex.

A 33-level development on the Munro site in Therry Street by PDG, with Mirvac taking ownership of the tower under a build-to-rent model, leasing the apartments on a long-term basis to tenants.

The residential tower comprises 490 build-to-rent apartments in studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom configurations.

The project sits alongside the $250 million Queen Victoria Market precinct renewal which will modernise retail and warehouse areas.

We provided financier services to NAB for the development which was completed in 2022.
