GH Properties commenced construction on their Build To Rent (BTR) development located at 20, Walsh St, Milton, QLD in 2018 and is currently under DA approval.  

To date, the project comprises of a 23 storey build to rent residential apartment, including: 

  • 5 levels of basement carparks 
  • Retail development on ground level 
  • 4 levels of podium carpark 
  • Residential levels (5-22) comprising of 308 units

We have been engaged for PTE for their existing DA submission, as well as assisting in their concept stage estimate for levels 21 to 23, Crombie street recreational centre.
