2-4 Ballarat St is the third development in Assemble’s “Assemble Futures project”, this Build-To-Rent development provides tenants an opportunity to first rent for 5 years, with the option to buy at an agreed price, with fixed mortgage repayments at the end of their tenancy.
The project features 171 apartments, comprising of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments; transforming the existing factory site in the highly sought-after inner-north community.
Facilities within the project include:
- Multi-purpose workshop
- Lending library Retail space
- Rooftop communal space
The entire project will be run off 100% electrical renewable energy.
