CDL Australia has broken into the build-to-rent market with an upcoming project, located in the heart of Australia’s largest urban renewal precinct, the development is slated for completion in late 2024.

The development will feature 237 apartments, with a mix of apartment configurations. Residents will enjoy a range of luxury amenities, including a fully-equipped gym, extensive wellness area, podcast rooms & co-working spaces.

Once completed, residents will live in the thriving Fishermans Bend precinct – conveniently located just two kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD.

We were engaged during the Town Planning, Design Development and Tender Documentation and Tender phase of the project.
