164 – 168 Roden Street is the first development site on Australia’s east coast for American build-to-rent giant Sentinel Real Estate Corporation. 

The 3600m2 corner site on Melbourne’s CBD fringe was originally home to the former Don Kyatt Automobiles warehouse and will be transformed into build-to-rent apartments. 

The development will contain a total of 172 residential apartments, ranging from one, two and three bedroom apartments; with retail space on the ground floor. 

Resident amenities will include a rooftop terrace, gym, business centre, resident’s lounge, internal green courtyard, as well as on-site Sentinel management and maintenance staff. 

We were engaged to provide quantity surveying services for the development.
