Set in the Docklands 4500sq m site, this project will see Samma Property Group develop the second of their four proposed build to rent projects.

Once developed, this new residential tower will have river frontage and views towards Melbourne’s CBD, down the Yarra River and towards Port Phillip Bay.

The project will consist of:

  • 26-level residential apartment building
  • 240 No. apartments
  • Built to sell (BTS) and Built to Rent (BTR) options
  • Amenities on Level 6 (320 m²)
  • Amenities / retail on Ground Floor
  • Car park with 208 No. car spaces
  • A Communal terrace (491 m²)

Aimed at millennials aged between 25 and 45, will offer “high-end” affordable inner-city apartments with 7-star NatHERS rating and 5-star green star certification.

On-site management teams will also be provided to serve and support residents and an ongoing activity program aimed to foster connection and improve mental health and wellbeing.

We were engaged during the schematic design and concept design phase, and conducted a feasibility estimate on the project.
