This project is a 30 storey Build To Rent residential apartment, comprised of a total of 380 individual apartments. 

The residential living spaces will consist of: 

  • 53 studio apartments 
  • 195 one bedroom apartments 
  • 104 two bedroom apartments 
  • 25 three bedroom apartments 

This project includes: 

  • 2 Levels basement carparks 
  • Retail development on ground level 
  • Communal facilities on level 4, including indoor and outdoor gym, lounge, boules court and gathering areas 

We have been engaged for Cost Estimation services across the different stages of the project, including Concept, Schematic and Design Development, as well as Builder’s Bill for 80% DD and Tender review.
