Landream’s plans to enter the build-to-rent market are under way after its planned $150 million tower was approved by the City of Melbourne.

Due for completion in 2026, the project at 100-104 Franklin Street comprises of a 41-storey tower containing 269 build-to-rent dwellings, along with retail and co-working space.

The development will contain an array of amenities, including a public basketball court, dog- washing facilities, car-sharing and bike-sharing services, a children’s playroom, vegetable gardens and gym and yoga studios. Private dining rooms with kitchen facilities, office boardrooms, libraries, a snooker room, rooftop terraces, a swimming pool, spa and sauna are also part of the plan.
