Building on the successful completion of their pilot project in Kensington in 2022, innovative build-to-rent developer and operator Assemble have commenced construction on 199 apartments at their second Assemble Futures build-to-rent-to-own project at 15 Thompson Street.
The development comprises of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes across eight levels; with a target of acquiring a 7.5-star average NatHERs rating on the project.
A fully electric building, the project includes natural cross-flow ventilation from open-air walkways, and the cooling benefits of exposed concrete ceilings.
Communal spaces are also available for residents to book for various social events/personal use via the on-site community manager or via a mobile app.
We were engaged to provide an Initial Financier’s Verifcation Report, Progress Drawdown Report and a Builder’s Claim Variations Assessment on the project.
