The development will breathe new life into an underutilised corner of Southbank with a high level of community engagement through shared spaces and integrated services. 

A project consisting of 40 storey built-to-rent residential high rise development offering “high-end” affordable inner-city apartments with 7-star NatHERS rating and 5-star green star certification; the development includes a total of 300 residential apartments across all levels of the building. 

We have been engaged during the concept design and schematic design phase of the project, as well as the design development phase of the project.  

We have also been engaged to provide QS services during the tender and contract documentation phase of the project.  

We were engaged during the schematic design and concept design phase, and conducted a feasibility estimate on the project.
