We were engaged by ADCO Constructions in 2020 to assist with development located at 13-17 Cordelia Street, South Brisbane, a build-to-rent development.

The project comprises of 310 residential units and deliver residents a high-end lifestyle incorporating an outdoor gym, pool, barbeque and dining area, lounge area, an outdoor cinema and associated landscaping.

We are assisting the client with financier reporting services.
