Located on the leafy campus in the Sydney suburb of Hornsby, the new building boasts a distinctive structural frame constructed from engineered timber. This design aims to harmonise the built environment with the natural world, creating a healthy and sustainable space for learning.
Drawing inspiration from tertiary education, the enriching environment integrates traditional teaching with autonomous study and informal learning, effectively preparing students for the next stage of their educational journeys. Moreover, the new hub encourages the display of learning and fosters interaction between students and staff.

The Project involves the construction of a 3 level Mass Timber School Teaching Building with Dining and Admin Facilities.
We were engaged on the project to provide full cost planning and cost management services during Design Development, Tender and Post Contract Construction Phases.
