We were the project Quantity Surveyor for the Commonwealth Games 2006 Athletes Village and Overlay Works in Melbourne, Australia.

The Village comprised the following:

• Accommodation for 5,800 athletes and officials;
• Games overlay works including dining, sports medicine, religious centre, gymnasium, management offices, ceremonial plaza and recreation areas;
• Civic and landscaping works;

The Heritage Restoration Works were completed on time and under budget.

The Precinct included some 12 No. different buildings that were refurbished under a construction management form of contract.
