The 12-storey Arklife Robertson Lane community provide 89 apartments in prime position between James Street and Howard Smith.

We were selected as the project Quantity Surveyor for the Athletes’ Accommodation in the Heritage Precinct as part of the Commonwealth Games 2006 Village. The Heritage Restoration Works were completed on time and under budget, as part of the accommodation requirements for 4,000 Athletes.

A two storey building with under croft, the facility was built for the specialist training and testing for WA’s elite sports men and women; purposefully built for athletes, coaches, athlete support staff, WAIS corporate and administrative staff.

The project entails the development of a new world class meat processing facility in the Murray Bridge area to replace the facility destroyed by fire in January 2018.

The New Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre will create a new home for the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre along with new cancer research and clinical services for Melbourne Health and The University of Melbourne.

The Australian Embassy compound is the most expensive Commonwealth building outside of Australia.
