Home is Australia’s first, fully-funding Build to Rent (BTR) platform and are developing the site located at 67, 73-83 Mary, 50-52 Edith & 43 Roberts Streets, St Peters in the Inner West.

The Site was recently rezoned to allow a mixed-use development with buildings up to 8 storeys.

For redevelopment purposes the site is divided into 2 separate areas: Site A and Site B.

The proposed development comprises mixed use BTR Development including new retail and commercial and approximately 188 Apartments.

We have been engaged to provide full Quantity Surveying and Cost Management Services on this project.
