Following its decommissioning as an official AFL match ground in 2005, the home of Carlton Football Club was redeveloped to include state of the art training and administration facilities for the team.

Redevelopment works to the 35,000-seat ground consisted of the demolition of two existing stands and the construction of a new 5,400 m2 two level facility, of which it includes:

  • Gymnasium, weights and stretch areas
  • 4 lane, 25m indoor heated pool
  • Medical offices and rehabilitation/treatment areas
  • Football administration offices
  • lecture theatre and meeting rooms
  • Change room facilities

We provided full quantity surveying services to the City of Melbourne, including; the preparation of tender documentation and cost management services through construction.
