The 37 storey project has 99 apartments with a mix of one to three-bedrooms, a pool and gym on level three, shaded roof terrace on the top of the three-storey podium, a café/restaurant on the ground floor, a medical tenancy and private offices on the first floor, a community meeting room and public gallery/display space, and ‘incubator’ co-working space. With just two, three and four residences per floor, 28 Lyall combines the concept of a community with the exclusivity of a premium home.
It will have 85 bike parking bays, publicly accessible end-of-trip facilities and a five-star Green Star rating. A 200 square metre space for rooftop solar panels has been added and two additional trees added in deep soil area on the south side of the development. The verge trees planted will be spotted gums.
WT Partnership has been engaged by Sirona Capital to provide a full suite of Cost Management services for the project including preparation of builder’s bills, tender review and analysis, and post contract services.
WTP has also been appointed as Financial Certifier – funder T.B.C.
