The McQuoin Park ILU redevelopment project consists of the:

• Construction of 79 (2x & 3x bed) ILUs at CHL existing site at Wahroonga
• Construction of associated basement parking • Creating of external soft and hard landscapred areas
• Upgrade works to the pedestrian pathway and verge detail to Pacific Highaway along Stage 1, 2 and 3 boundaries.

We are providing full pre-contract and post-contract QS services on the project.
