North Melbourne Football Club redeveloped its training and administration facilities at Arden Street, North Melbourne to incorporate AFL Women’s (AFLW) and community training facilities.
The redevelopment included change rooms, lockers, a sauna and a player’s lounge.
Additional construction works included oval lighting, a new scoreboard, interchange benches, coaches boxes and a media tower, which allows the club to host AFLW and VFL games at Arden Street.
WT provided full quantity surveying services for the project.
