This project consists of the proposed design and construction of a 2-staged residential built-to-rent development as part of the broader expansion of the Victoria Gardens precinct, located at 20-35 River Boulevard & 15 Christine Crescent, Richmond.
Slated for completion in 2026, the development consists of:
- 2 No. apartment buildings
- 494 No. medium to high-end built-to-rent apartments
- 5 Star Green Star Design & As Built, Min 7 Star NatHERS, 5 Star NABERS Energy (base building) 1 Star Fitwel, Climate Active Carbon Neutral (base building)
- Shared single level basement with approximately 200 No. car spaces, 500 No. bike storage racks, resident’s storage cages, services, loading dock and waste management – linking Stages 1 and 2 buildings under ground
- Electric charging stations will be included in the car park
- 10 No. visitors car park to be included in central vehicle drop-off zone on site
- Widening and upgrade of the existing ramp from River Boulevard to accommodate the RSR basement design
- 2 No. additional existing vehicle ramps from Christine Court
- Site is 20,932 m²
