The project comprises the construction of an elite, purpose-built training and administration base for St Kilda Football Club and associated stakeholders at Moorabbin Reserve in Moorabbin.

The Moorabbin Reserve redevelopment includes:

  • New administrative facilities and a community football hub with dedicated offices
  • Training facilities
  • The oval and associated facilities for use during for finals and other high-profile community-based games
  • Venue for VFL team training and matches including change rooms, umpire facilities and warm up
  • Lighting to allow for training and potential community level night games
  • Commercial activities including (the existing) 68 gaming machines, bar and cafe facilities
  • Water sensitive urban design to harvest stormwater and reducing pollutants
