We were commissioned by Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust to provide cost management consultancy services for the new Northern Stand.

The project comprised of:

  • The demolition of the existing Noble, Bradman and Messenger Stands and construction of a new grandstand with a capacity of approximately 13,000 seats
  • A new members club facility
  • A new press room
  • Main kitchen
  • Changing rooms, maintenance and back of house facilities

The project was challenging as the stand was required to be completed within a very tight time frame for the Ashes Test in 2014.
