Our services and value add included, the Introduction of a centralised cost control process and Monthly Cost reporting framework, providing visibility on key project metrics for minor works including contingency portfolio across large volume of works.

We provided Internal benchmarking an analysis on key project metrics for program decisions and created a stronger internal process for future capital planning.
