The project comprised of the design and construction of the new Victorian Cricket and Community Centre at Junction Oval in St Kilda.

The Centre includes:

  • 10-Lane indoor training centre
  • Extensive turf training area
  • New ICC compliant oval
  • High quality administration, training, medical and rehabilitation facilities
  • National centre for diversity through cricket
  • Multi-use function venues

The Centre has an estimated capacity of approx. 3,000 spectators, with an alternative first-class venue able to accommodate 7,000.

We were engaged to provide fully quantity surveying services during the design and construction phases including Builders Quantities.
