06' Commonwealth Games

We were selected as the project Quantity Surveyor for the Athletes’ Accommodation in the Heritage Precinct as part of the Commonwealth Games 2006 Village. The Heritage Restoration Works were completed on time and under budget, as part of the accommodation requirements for 4,000 Athletes.

In preparation for the 2006 Commonwealth Games and the 2007 FINA World Championships, the Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre required the addition of a new competition class 50 m outdoor swimming pool with seating capacity for 10,000 spectators.
