WT was engaged by DMC Projects Pty Ltd in 2018 to assist with the cost management services associated with the redevelopment of the existing office buildings to create a single commercial tower with a new public laneway.

WT has been engaged by Far East Consortium to provide full cost management services for their new residential tower and Dorsett Hotel tower.

The hotel portion of this development comprises the construction of a 28 storey Hotel Tower including 47 parking bays and 6 restaurants to basement, Open Plan Restaurant/Foyer to the Ground Floor & 488 hotel rooms to upper floors.

The project will comprise approximately 4,500 dwellings, containing a mix of market, social, affordable and RACF housing.

The West Development is a new housing and commercial development located on what was previously SA’s Football Park in West Lakes SA.

WT has been engaged by Suncorp since 2018 to assist with the integrated fitout of their Brisbane Head Office.

WT was commissioned by Cornerstone to provide conventional quantity surveying to the Casba Waterloo Project.

Located on the site of the old Savoy Theatre on the corner of Spencer and Bourke Street, the 255 m tall, 78 level, Premier apartment / hotel tower comprises retail tenancies on Ground Level, 160 hotel rooms on levels 1 to 5, and 780 apartments on Levels 6-77, along with ancillary / health / pool facilities.
