WT has been engaged by Far East Consortium to provide full cost management services for their new residential tower (Circa 190 Units)  and Dorsett Hotel tower (Circa 205 Keys)  located in King Square Perth. This project is currently approaching Procurement Stage.

WT Partnership is providing full quantity surveying and cost planning services for the project including preparation of bills of quantities, tender review and analysis, and progress claims.
