A new era is beginning in Geelong with the completion of Stage 5 of the Kardinia Park (GMHBA Stadium) Redevelopment – the culmination of a massive, 5-stage program of works over the last 20 years.

Coming off the success of URBNSURF Melbourne, the URBNSURF Sydney project will be the latest world leading surf park facility, situated at Sydney Olympic Park.

We were selected as the project Quantity Surveyor for the Athletes’ Accommodation in the Heritage Precinct as part of the Commonwealth Games 2006 Village. The Heritage Restoration Works were completed on time and under budget, as part of the accommodation requirements for 4,000 Athletes.

In preparation for the 2006 Commonwealth Games and the 2007 FINA World Championships, the Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre required the addition of a new competition class 50 m outdoor swimming pool with seating capacity for 10,000 spectators.

A two storey building with under croft, the facility was built for the specialist training and testing for WA’s elite sports men and women; purposefully built for athletes, coaches, athlete support staff, WAIS corporate and administrative staff.

The Australian Sports Museum (formerly the National Sports Museum) is housed inside the Melbourne Cricket Ground and is home to Australia’s largest collection of sporting memorabilia.

The Activity Centre incorporates a new regional integrated community sport, recreation and education precinct including facilities for the Freemantle Football Club and education facilities for Curtin University.

North Melbourne Football Club redeveloped its training and administration facilities at Arden Street, North Melbourne to incorporate AFL Women’s (AFLW) and community training facilities.

Optus Stadium will be a world-class, 60,000 seat multi-purpose venue capable of hosting both sport and entertainment events completed in time for the start of the 2018 Australian Football League season.

A new stand including over 18,000 m2 of restaurants, bars, casual dining and lounge areas along with a new Members’ Dining Room and Champagne Bar.
