2-4 Ballarat St is the third development in Assemble’s “Assemble Futures project”, this Build-To-Rent development provides tenants an opportunity to first rent for 5 years, with the option to buy at an agreed price, with fixed mortgage repayments at the end of their tenancy.

Building on the successful completion of their pilot project in Kensington in 2022, innovative build-to-rent developer and operator Assemble have commenced construction on 199 apartments at their second Assemble Futures build-to-rent-to-own project at 15 Thompson Street.

A 33-level development on the Munro site in Therry Street by PDG, with Mirvac taking ownership of the tower under a build-to-rent model, leasing the apartments on a long-term basis to tenants. The residential tower comprises 490 build-to-rent apartments in studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom configurations.

Home is Australia’s first, fully-funding Build to Rent (BTR) platform and are developing the site located at 67, 73-83 Mary, 50-52 Edith & 43 Roberts Streets, St Peters in the Inner West.

The Union Quarter project is one of Australia’s largest privately developed build-to-rent projects. Its being developed on a two-hectare site at 31-69 McLister Street in Spotswood, a former industrial suburb about 10 kilometres west of the Melbourne CBD.

Flyers Creek Wind Farm is a 145MW wind project located near Orange in central-west New South Wales (NSW). The project will generate approximately 450 gigawatt hours of electricity per year, equivalent to powering more than 80,000 Australian households, and avoiding over 333,000 tonnes of carbon emissions per year.

The project utilised the existing solar generation farm located on the site to create and store chilled water to meet the campus’s overnight cooling requirements, providing both a reliable source of cooling for the campus’s critical cooling equipment and an environmentally sustainable solution for this high energy demand service.

The One Festival Tower project is a commercial building development located at Adelaide Festival Plaza. The 29-floor commercial tower holds 45,000m2 premium office space, anchored by Flinders University; which takes up 8 levels of the building.
