Leading international cost management and advisory firm WT has appointed Gavin Balharrie as National Defence Sector Lead as it continues to grow.

The Defence Estate's capital expenditure target is anticipated to rise from $2.5 billion in 2023 to $5 billion in 2024, with a projected further increase to $8-10 billion annually by 2040.
