WT has been working with AMP Capital on their redevelopment plans for the Circular Quay Precinct.

WT were engaged by Australian Government Department of Defence to provide full quantity surveying services, including cost planning, full tender and post contract administration services through the construction phase to final account for the proposed facilities at Tobruk Line, Holsworthy.

WT was engaged by Scenic World to assist during the final negotiations with the Contractor and with Post Contract Administration of the Scenic Railway upgrade.

WT was engaged by Fortius Funds Management in 2006 to assist with full quantity surveying for the redevelopment of their 420 George Street site.

WT was engaged to provide cost planning services during the Design Competition stage and acted as the Independent Certifier during the construction phase providing quarterly progress statements and determination of Practical Completion for Mirvac’s 8 Chifley Square development.

WT was engaged by the Department of Defence to provide full quantity surveying services for the facilities at Luscombe Airfield, Holsworthy.

WT provided cost planning from concept through to tender documentation phase, whole of life costing, cost reporting and monitoring of design development, assist in tender evaluation process, valuation of construction progress claims, verification of contract variations.

The Sydney Adventist Hospital is the largest single campus private hospital in NSW with an expected 60% increase in the demand for services between 2011 and 2026. The Stage 1 Master Plan Project allows for the expansion of an existing Clinical Services Building to provide a new 11 storey acute care facility.

The project comprised of the construction of a new six storey (approx 7,500 m2) mental health, drug and alcohol, and community health facility for 27 inpatient mental health beds, 20 bed detoxification units and 4 levels of basement car parking for 228 cars.
