The hotel portion of this development comprises the construction of a 28 storey Hotel Tower including 47 parking bays and 6 restaurants to basement, Open Plan Restaurant/ Foyer to the Ground Floor & 488 hotel rooms to upper floors. The residential portion includes the construction of a 30 storey Apartment Tower including 401 Apartments (Investor Grade), over 1.5 Level split basement. Included in the above is 4 carparking decks above ground with 340 parking bays.
WT has been engaged by Fragrance Group to provide a full suite of Cost Management services for the project including preparation of builder’s bills, tender review and analysis, and post contract services.
The Client has benefited of WT’s extensive residential and hospitality experience to assist in thorough selection of the best contractor for this project. WT have used our cost planning skills up until this point, to advise the Client on wise expenditure decisions throughout the project, assisting to adhere to the budget.
