Surry Hills Village is located approx 2KM from Moore Park, a 115-hectare sports, recreational and leisure precinct, and Sydney’s main transit hub, Central Station; it will be a five-minute walk to the new Sydney Light Rail stop.

The previously retail site is being redeveloped into a mixed-use complex consisting of:

  • A new retail centre
  • 154 apartments, penthouses and townhouses
  • A boutique hotel
  • A timber construction Commercial office building
  • Three level basement parking
  • Landscaped podium level

We have been commissioned to provide full Quantity Surveying and Cost Management Services on this project.
