The development at 386-412 William Street (to be known simply as ‘388 William’) comprises a 34 level commercial office and hotel tower featuring a heritage facade that will undergo restoration works.
The 5 star luxury hotel comprises 290 hotel rooms and 6,000sqm of hotel facilities including conference, business club, entertainment and wellness centres.
Premium retail and food and beverage options will be available on the ground level.
The NEXT Generation office environment will cover 9 levels totalling approximately 25,000sqm of PCA Grade A+ office space. Flexible office floorplates will allow for vertical circulation and linked floors.
The development will include End of Trip facilities and 3 levels of basement car parking including valet parking for hotel guests.
WT is providing full Quantity Surveying services for the project.
