The iconic $2.8 billion Melbourne Square development is set to be one of the largest mixed-use precincts in central Melbourne.

Located in the heart of Southbank and bound by Power, Kavanagh and Balston Streets, Melbourne Square will feature six towers ranging from 38 to 73 levels in height.

The development will be constructed in five stages with the first stage currently under construction. The stages include:

Stage 1

  • 228 m residential tower and and 170 m residential tower over an 8 level podiums and two car park basements
  • Public realm including landscaped parklands and a retail precinct

Stage 2

  • 228 m residential tower and an 180m Hilton Hotel with retail and hotel amenities over a single level basement car park

Stage 3

  • A 145m office building and podium with retail and commercial space
