WT was engaged by DMC Projects Pty Ltd in 2018 to assist with the cost management services associated with the redevelopment of the existing office buildings located at 155 Charlotte Street and 150 Mary Street to create a single commercial tower with a new public laneway.

The transformation will deliver 42,000sqm of PCA A Grade office accommodation.

WT assisted DMC Projects with the preparation of an indicative order of construction cost estimate.

Construction is due to be completed by mid-2020.
