Set over 36 storeys, the project features 440 one, two and three-bedroom apartments atop a three-level luxury retail and dining emporium.
The development boasts an unparalleled level of hotel style amenity with landscaped gardens, pool, gym, spa, sauna, family wet area, yoga studio, formal and informal lounges, private dining, private cinema/media room, and entertainment room.
WT provided full Quantity Surveying services for the project which is due for completion in December 2019.
