WT has been engaged by Far East Consortium to provide full cost management services for their new residential tower and Dorsett Hotel tower.

Monarto Zoo, located less than an hour south of Adelaide’s CBD, is the biggest open-range zoo in Australia (1500-hectares) being home to some of Africa’s most impressive animals.

This landmark development involved the adaptive re-use of an existing 7 level commercial office building with the construction of a 10 level hotel extension to accommodate 220 guest rooms.

After a six month design competition, attracting over 20 entries in the first stage, four teams were shortlisted with Francis-Jones Moreham Thorp (fjmt) winning the design competition for the new City of Casey Cultural Precinct.

The new Vibe Hotel and Conference Centre in Marysville replaces the former Marysville Convention Centre which was destroyed in the Black Saturday bushfires of 2009.

WT provided full quantity surveying services for the new 32-storey mixed use development on the site of Melbourne’s former Naval & Military Club at 27 Little Collins Street.

A new stand including over 18,000 m2 of restaurants, bars, casual dining and lounge areas along with a new Members’ Dining Room and Champagne Bar.
