The Harrington Collection project comprised of the development of new harbourside penthouse, apartments and terrace homes at 85 Harrington Street, The Rocks.

The development includes the demolition of the existing buildings onsite (with exception of the heritage building to be retained) and construction of:

  • A two level basement carpark
  • Two residential buildings
  • Building one (85 apartments over 10 levels)
  • Building two (12 apartments over 7 levels)

The works were complete with all associated site preparatory works, civil/services infrastructure, external works and landscaping.

We provided full Quantity Surveying Services from project inception through to project completion including providing Financier Services.
