Park Village will transform the former CSIRO site in Highett into a residential precinct with a focus on urban renewal, sustainability, nature, and town centre connectivity.

The project will comprise of 14 residential buildings ranging from two to seven storeys, offering a total of 1048 homes.

Almost half of the site will be reimagined as new parkland, including a conservation reserve, which will be kept and made publicly accessible.

A new public library is also proposed on site as well as a maternal and child health centre and integrated wellness and fitness facilities including residents’ gym, pool and spa areas.

Sunkin is targeting net zero capable outcomes for the project through environmentally sustainable design practices.

We are providing full cost management services and we’ve been engaged for both buildings and civil works.
