The LAS Group purchased the Hollywood Plaza Shopping Centre in 2021 with the objective of investing in it a range of capital works to add further value, and to provide what is an already quality asset with significant upgrades and capital uplift.

The focus of this project is to refurbish both internal and external common areas that form the Hollywood Plaza Shopping Centre, enhancing the customer experience and providing capital uplift to what is an aging asset with significant potential.

The refurbishment of the project comprises of the following major components of work:

  • Food Court upgrade
  • Mall ceiling coffers and skylight treatments upgrade
  • Amenities upgrade
  • Mall entries, canopies, façade screening upgrades and green walls
  • External signage upgrade

We provided feasibility estimates for both the Mechanical & Architectural disciplines and the pre-tender estimate for this project.
