Located in the heart of Melbourne’s Southbank precinct the 254 m high, 74 storey irregular shaped Prima Pearl building includes an 11-storey podium which incorporates 611 residents car parks plus a recreation floor including a gym, lounge, pool, golf range and barbecue.

Floors 10 through to 66 include 670 one to five bedroom apartments while level 67 incorporates a public sky lounge.

The building also includes three levels of roof plant and lift motor rooms. There is also a small basement in the centre core for access to the lift pits.

Prima Pearl was unique in that the building was handed over to residents in stages, with 300 apartments handed over to their new owners in June 2014, almost a full year ahead of final project completion.

WT provided full quantity surveying and cost planning services for the project including preparation of full bills of quantities, tender review and analysis, progress claims assessment and preparation of depreciation schedules at project completion.
